Products can be refunded & exchanged within 5 days from receiving date under the following conditions:
1- For products to be refunded it must be in its original Condition (unopened & unused) rand resaleable. (Delivery charges for returning the order will be paid by customer)
2- If there is a manufacturing defect or the item received does not match the description on the site, although we check products thoroughly before shipping.
Refunds in Kuwait:
1- The process take from 3-5 working days starting from the date the issue was received.
2- Refunds depends on the payment method, either by (coupon), or refund the amount on the bank account.
3- Refunds on bank account takes from 10-15 working days.
4- Delivery charges will not be refunded.
International refunds:
1- Refunds on bank account takes from 10-15 working days starting from the date in which we received the product.
2- Refunds depends on the payment method, either by (coupon), or refund the amount on the bank account.
3- 25 $ will be deducted from the original amount of the returned products in the international refund process.
