    WHAT IT IS

    EFFACLAR MICELLAR WATER is a facial cleanser formulated for oily, blemish-prone skin. Enriched with La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water the micellar water gently removes dirt, sebum and make-up leaving the skin feeling clean and fresh.

    HOW TO APPLY:
    Use morning and/or evening. Soak a cotton pad with the purifying micellar water and use it to clean the face and neck. Gently pat skin dry, using a clean towel or a fresh cotton pad.
